Les betteraves, j'adore. Que se soit en carpacio le lundi ou rappees avec du gorgonzola le mardi. Et meme en masque de beaute tous les matins pour garder mes joues roses toute la journee.
I love beats. Whether they are sliced as carpacio on Monday or grated with gorgonzola on Tueasday, or even as a facial mask every morning to keep my cheeks rosy all day.

Hier c'etait mon anniversaire. Un an deja.
Yesterday was my birthday, 1 year already.
Me voici avec mes parents le 28/2/7 et le 28/2/8. J'ai change?

Pour ma fete, on avait invite mes meilleurs potes Justin et Carolyn, mais il y avait aussi Grandma et Grandpa.
For my party, we had invited my best friends Justin and Carolyn, but Grandma and Grandpa were also there.
Maman et Grandma ont beaucoup travaille pour le diner: une assiete de 10 differents tapas. Delicieux.
(soupe de choux-fleur au curry avec croutons; avocat a la creme et au citron; dates farcies au fromage et au miel; feuilles d'endives farcies au gorgonzola et aux noix; mini tortillas; salade de fruits exotiques; concombres farcis au chevre et bordes de pistaches hachees; bouts de melon entoures de prochuito; tomates provencales; tartine de creme de feves)
Mom and Grandma worked hard to make dinner, which consisted of a plate of 10 different tapas. Delicious.
(cauliflower and curry soup with croutons; avocados with cream and lemon; dates stuffed with cream cheese and honey; endive leaves stuffed with gorgonzola and walnuts; mini spanish tortillas; exotic fruit salad; cucumber slices stuffed with goat cheese and pistachios; prochuito and cantaloupe triangles; baked tomatoes; fava bean crostinis.)
Pour le dessert, un gateau au chocolat, bien sur, couvert de ganache et decore d'etoiles et de petits boules de chocolat, saupoudrees de sucre dores et argentes (merci Severine) plantees dans le gateau grace a des trombones detortilles dores. J'ai mange ma part en deux bouchees. Du coup je ne me suis pas couche avant 23h a cause de tout ce sucre.
For dessert, we had chocolate cake with chocolate ganache decorated with chocolate stars and balls, applied to the cake with detangled golden paper clips, all sprinkled with silver and golden sugar. I ate my piece in two bites. After that, I couldn't go to sleep until 11pm.
J'ai joue avec mes nouveaux cubes (merci Viviane) et la cabane que Carolyn et Justin m'ont faite pendant tres longtemps.
I played a lot with my new little blocks and the fort that Carolyn and Justin made for me.
